This Vagus Twist Practice is an orienting practice that is helpful to ground us into the present moment.

This practice can be supportive to do before beginning a meeting, session, phone call, etc., to create a sense of calm and presence within the body.

Twisting and looking behind us can engage the vagus nerve, calm the nervous system and bring us back into time and place.
