I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My passion is to support people in finding tools to heal themselves. I specialize in trauma, anxiety and stress management.
Stress is one of the biggest barriers to getting good sleep so I created this course to support people in finding effective ways to reduce stress in their daily life so they can sleep and feel better.
I have been offering trainings on Yoga for Trauma and Resiliency to Helping Professionals across the Southeast for the last 7 years and am so excited to bring these tools and resources online!
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Community Resiliency Model (CRM), Mindful Schools, Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and I have my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
